University of Surrey has achieved the world's fastest, wireless data connection which speed is upto 1TBPS (Tera Byte Per Second).Newest 5G data connection is said to be thousands time faster than 4G Internet. Transmission speed of fiber optics has been archived by wireless data connection.
Samsung'ss 7.5Gbps of speed which announced last year, at its DMC R&D Centre at Samsung Electronics in Suwon, South Korea is current fastest data connection. Researchers built a wirless testing set and clocked the speeds in lab condition across 100m of distance.

The team was working along with 5G Innovation Centre (5GIC) whose direction announced reporter 5G to be demonstrated to public at 2018. It is believed to be, 5G will be available to the user in UK by 2020.
